Working Process

1

First meetings – (1-3 initial consultations)

We get to know each other and look at what you're bringing – your experience, needs and what form of work might be supportive for you.

2

Jointly determining the direction of work

Based on conversation and experience, we jointly build a way of working adapted to your possibilities, boundaries and current needs.

3

Regular process

We meet regularly, creating space to deepen contact with yourself, reflection and gradually discovering new ways of understanding and experiencing yourself.

4

Integration of experience

What emerges during sessions can gradually translate into greater self-awareness, relationships and daily functioning.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to have experience working with the body, movement or yoga?

No. I also work with people who are just beginning to develop contact with their body. All forms of work are adapted to individual possibilities and needs.

Do I need to know how to dance to participate in dance and movement therapy?

No. Dance and movement therapy is not about learning technique or choreography, but about natural movement and contact with your own experience.

What does the first meeting look like?

The first meeting is consultative in nature. We talk about what you're bringing, what you need and what form of work might be most supportive for you.

Can I participate in sessions online?

Yes. Both individual sessions and some somatic practices can take place online.

Do I have to do the suggested exercises or movement?

No. You can always decide what you're ready for and whether you want to stay with conversation. An important element of my work is respect for individual boundaries and pace.

How often do sessions take place?

We determine the frequency of meetings individually – depending on needs, possibilities and the nature of the process.

Do you also work in English?

Yes. I conduct sessions, workshops and collaborations also in English.
