My yoga classes are based on the Zenways approach, which combines classical yoga practices with elements of mindfulness and meditation derived from the Zen tradition.
Practice Philosophy
This work is not about achieving perfect positions or fitting into predetermined patterns.
Practice is an invitation to mindful being in the body – in contact with breath, sensations and your own rhythm.
