Weronika Grantham
Where knowledge, movement, and sensitivity meet - the return to self begins
I integrate scientific perspective with embodied experience – believing that knowledge doesn't have to be separated from life, and that the body is an important source of self-understanding.
I am Weronika Grantham
I am a researcher and academic teacher at the Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw (branch in Biała Podlaska), as well as a somatic movement educator, dance and movement therapist, and Zenways yoga teacher.
For over ten years, I have been accompanying people in processes where the body becomes a source of knowledge, and movement becomes a way of building deeper contact with oneself.
I help people return to contact with themselves through body and movement.
In my work, I use approaches that combine body, movement, and reflection:
- • Somatic Movement Education – somatic embodiment
- • Dance and movement therapy
- • Zenways yoga
- • Scientific research on body experience and health
My work has two complementary dimensions:
Practical
I conduct individual sessions, workshops and groups, and I also collaborate with institutions and organizations, leading workshops, training sessions and presentations. I create space where you can pause, listen to yourself and reconnect with what is alive and true within you.
Scientific
I develop research activity in the area of embodied understanding of body experience and health, using qualitative research methods – and remain open to scientific collaboration and interdisciplinary projects.
I invite both individuals who want to work with themselves through the body – regardless of what stage they are at – as well as institutions and researchers interested in collaboration at the intersection of science and practice.
If reflection on experience – including through your own story – is close to you, this space may be for you.
I invite you
To mindful movement, to deep presence, to return to yourself through somatic practices and scientific approaches.
